Wu Jie served as a core author, contributing the legal chapters on data asset accounting treatment, data ownership determination, and compliant asset registration pathways — drawing on over a decade of practical experience in data compliance and corporate data asset valuation.

武婕律师作为主要起草人，参与由国家工业信息安全发展研究中心（工业和信息化部电子第一研究所）立项并牵头、中国电子商会归口管理、智合标准中心组织编制的本团体标准。该标准已于2024年5月1日起正式实施。

Wu Jie served as a lead drafter of this industry standard, commissioned by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Centre (MIIT Electronic First Research Institute), administered by the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, and compiled by the Zhihe Standards Centre. The standard came into force on 1 May 2024.
